The Process
From first contact to signed documents
A straightforward process designed to gather what we need, understand your group's specifics, and deliver documentation that actually fits.
How we work together
Initial inquiry
You reach out through our contact form or by email with a brief description of your group: how many members, what type of project, and where you are in the process. No detailed information is needed at this stage — just enough for us to understand the general situation.
Intake questionnaire
We send a structured questionnaire covering the key information we need: the number of members, their respective contributions, the nature of the project, any specific concerns the group has already identified, and any existing informal arrangements that need to be reflected in the documents.
Package selection
Based on your group's profile, we recommend the documentation package that fits — Starter, Complete, or Extended. We explain what each includes and what falls outside scope so you can make an informed decision before any commitment.
Draft preparation
We prepare the draft documents based on your group's specific information. We start from our proven model frameworks and adapt them — filling in the specific provisions that reflect your group's structure, the project type, and the particular situations your group has flagged as priorities.
Review and revision
You and your group review the draft documents. For Complete and Extended packages, one revision round is included — you can flag sections that don't quite fit, request clarifications, or ask for alternative formulations for specific provisions.
Final documents delivered
We deliver the final documents in editable and PDF formats. From that point, the documents are yours to use as the foundation for your group's agreements. We recommend that all members read and discuss the documents before signing — and that you consult an attorney if you have questions about legal implications specific to your situation.
The documents we produce are model contracts and operational regulations. They are not legal advice and do not substitute for consultation with a licensed attorney for matters specific to your situation.
